Monthly Committee Meetings
All club members may attend Committee Meetings, and may also ask for items to be added to the Agenda, providing relevant background information and supporting documentation as necessary.
However, only Committee Members may vote on resolutions. Meetings are usually held on the third Tuesday of the month, at 1945hrs, but check the calendar to confirm dates.
Annual General Meetings
The AGM takes place once per year, in June. This meeting is a review of the year and includes the voting in of the new Committee members. All members are encouraged to attend and all members may vote on resolutions put before the AGM.
Special General Meetings
From time to time it may be necessary to call a Special General Meeting when waiting for the next AGM will not suffice.
